Webinar: Transferring or taking over a business: Preparing for the future!

The AD'OCC agency is organising the webinar Transmitting or taking over a company: preparing the future! on 14 December at 5.30 pm.  The conference will shed light on the opportunity that a business takeover represents for both the seller and the buyer, based on testimonials from entrepreneurs. It is part of the "Entrepreneurship in Occitania!" programme, which runs until 17 December.

Experts will explain the process of a handover and provide useful advice in relation to economic news.

    2020 is an extraordinary year, but business continues and corporate transactions are taking place. So how do you take the effects of the crisis into account in the valuation of your business and what will be the impact on its value? Should one modify or postpone one's project? These questions will be addressed by specialists in transfer-takeovers, chartered accountants, lawyers and advisers in consular chambers.
