World Equal Opportunities Day
Article 1 Occitanie and its community of Different Leaders organise an annual event on equal opportunities.
This year, the focus is on soft skills, which refer to the capacities or aptitudes shaped in the lived experience, through individual or collective situations. They promote the development and socio-professional integration of the individual and constitute a major issue for the professional world of tomorrow.
In this context, Article 1 Occitanie organizes an event aimed at a varied and structured public in two main phases:
- 16h-18h : workshops to raise awareness of transversal skills for high school and university students
- 18h00-20h30: an activity and a round table on the importance of soft skills in the professional world of today and tomorrow, and the tools available to develop soft skills. Testimonials from:
