Apec's Activ'Boost workshop, to boost your job search

Through the Activ'Boost workshops organised by Apec, the job search is transformed into a real opportunity for reflection, meetings and learning, thus revealing the potential of each individual.

Thanks to several fun and collective activities, Activ'Boost allows you to :
- Meet new people and exchange with them;
- Find ways to improve your daily life and transform unemployment into a constructive period;
- Become aware of one's strengths and reconnect with one's desires in order to start thinking about a satisfactory return to work;
- Activate interpersonal and life skills.

The online and physical versions of Activ'Boost are composed of the same activities and take place :
3 hours 15 minutes for the online workshop. The link to the video conference will be sent to you by email the day before or the morning of the workshop. To facilitate the start of the training, we invite you to connect 15 minutes beforehand in order to test the functionalities of the tool ;)
