1. Reminder of health and safety instructions

  • It is mandatory for everyone (students, teachers, teacher-researchers, administrative staff) to wear a mask on TSM and the University premises.
  • Any student showing symptoms of Covid-19 or who has had contact (without mask or physical distancing) with a contaminated person must report this to their specific course coordinator by email. The student should contact their doctor, get a screening test and stay at home while waiting for the test result. A medical certificate must be sent to the School to justify this absence.
  • If the result is negative, the student can return to courses as normal. If the result is positive, the student must inform their course coordinator and the Academic Affairs manager by email, and inform the Covid-19 university contact by filling in the form here: https://formulaire.ut-capitole.fr/index.php/699396?lang=fr.
  • The Covid-19 university contact will transmit this information to the Regional Health Agency, which in turn transmits the health instructions to be applied within the establishment. If more than 10% of a class tests positive, the teaching will go to 100% online. The TSM management team will inform the relevant heads of departments and the course coordinators, and will disseminate the information to the teaching staff and students on the course in question.

2. Educational Organisation

  • The hybrid teaching model is maintained for Bachelor and Master level courses for the entire academic year. Specific arrangements are possible for M2 and work-study training. These are offered by the course coordinators with the agreement of the department managers.
  • The teaching teams are committed to a teaching method which is inclusive to both the online students and the in-person students.

3. Exams

  • Exams will be organized in-person. The choice by other departments of the University to opt for remote exams has freed up many rooms and amphitheatres, allowing us to organize exams in strict accordance with the physical distancing instructions.
  • Students who test positive for Covid-19, or contact cases, will be considered as sick students and will be allowed to take the exam at a later date.
  • If the health situation deteriorates further and necessitates a lockdown in certain courses, exams will be offered remotely.

4. Academic Mobility

  • The International Relations Service is preparing a communication for students involved with an academic mobility project at Bachelor and Master level.
