Mentoring: successful study with Article 1

Health crisis, confinement... So much to say that the last academic year was difficult for many young people. However, nothing must compromise your success! And joining the promotion 2021-22 Article’s 1 Mentorship, you ensure your chances of success in your studies and for your employability.

The Mentorship program is a coach in a professional environment who helps you and shares his experience to maximize your chances of success. At the program: moral support, English‘s improvement, project’s definition studies/professional, business discovery, internship/apprenticeship/job search techniques or still organization and methodology in your studies.

TSM is teaming up with the non-profit association Article 1 to promote equal opportunity, this year too.

This professional device is offered to TSM students from L1 to Master 2 who are motivated to commit to the program. Selected students will receive mentoring on building your career plan, learning the social codes of the workplace, and expanding your network.

This year, there are 2 types of support based on your profile and your needs:

1À1 is the new digital support platform 

that helps motivate young people, in the success of your studies and your employability. How? With the support of volunteer’s professionals who give you a one-off boost to a particular situation (to be accompanied, to succeed in interviews, to make the right choices…)

• An Individual mentorship (from 1 year): Our students with scholarships and motivated.

To submit your application to Mentorship program, you ensure the chances of success in your studies and your employability, because mentoring is:

- To be accompanied by a professional who has followed the same studies or who works in the same sector where you want to develop your professional career.

- To participate to events for knowing and developing yourself : integration campus, thematic workshops, networking evenings…

- To be a member of a community of students and professionals that will open new perspectives for you!
