Mentoring - Article 1: Coaching to succeed in your studies
The association Article 1, a partner of TSM, offers students a mentoring system with individual and collective support during their studies to build an ambitious career path and succeed in their professional integration.
The mentoring is composed of :
- An individual mentor: who accompanies the student in the construction of his academic and professional project and who supports him morally.
- A motivated community: more than 2,000 young mentees and 2,500 professionals with whom to exchange ideas and advance.
- An itinerary program: with workshops, tools, good tips and professional meetings throughout the year to improve your skills.
Individual coaching includes an average of one meeting per month with the mentor on topics defined together: methodological support, moral support, professional integration, etc.
Mentees from Bac+1 to Bac+3 are put in touch with a mentor who has followed the same training path, while Bac+4 mentees are put in touch with a professional practising the trade or working in the sector of activity targeted by the student.
