TSM offers its students and graduates the opportunity to participate in Highered's Virtual Career Fairs Series. Each Virtual Career Fair is specific to an identified industry sector and/or geographical area. Recruiters have the opportunity to pre-screen registered candidates through an easy collection of their CVs and information pre-filled by the student/graduate prior to the event.
This makes it possible to propose :
- to the candidates, a more efficient experience
- to recruiters, a specific search for target candidates
The Virtual Career Fairs Series provides equal access to information and opportunities. They allow each participant to meet with a member of the recruitment team through a secure live chat, with the opportunity to move on to the next stage of the selection process.

- Current students seeking internships
- Students seeking full-time opportunities
- Alumni looking for entry-level or experienced positions
- Being fluent in English

How to participate ?
- Having a TSM account on Highered: create your account by clicking here.
- Clicking on EFMD Virtual Career Fairs tab of Highered Platform
- Choose the salon you are interested in and select Inform me when registration opens : you will will receive periodic communication to prepare you ahead of the Fairs. 72 hours from the opening of the Fair, you will receive an alert to enter the Virtual Career Fair platform to register and upload your CV and photo (optional).
