« Phase 2 » fight againt coronavirus in France

Some recommendations

RETURNING FROM TRAVEL?

The virus is already circulating on the French territory so anyone coming back from abroad can be welcome since the virus is circulating everywhere.

This is valid for the people coming from risk areas.

Caution:

People coming from the Hubei or Wuhan regions

are not allowed to come back to Toulouse Capitole University (which has no specific links with the higher education and research institutions located in those areas).

Anyone coming from a risk area must limit social contacts and control body temperature twice a day.

INTENDING TO TRAVEL?

Travelling abroad

Travelling to the countries or areas stated below (whatever the reason for travelling) remains suspended :

  • Outside the EU (including the United Kingdom)
  • Towards the follwoing risk areas:
    - China, (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao)
    - Singapore
    - South Korea
    - Italy (Venetia, Lombardy, Emilia Romagna areas)

If you work at UT Capitole and plan to travel abroad, you are requested to submit the « ordre de mission » document to the University Chancellor for signature (under cover of the French Directorate - General for Health)

Travelling in France

We draw your attention to the following : if returning from a risk area in France (please refer to the list) do self isolate (stay away from other people)  for fourteen days to help reduce the possible spread of infection and if you intend to travel to one of these risk areas, do suspend your journey.

PROTECT YOURSELF... PROTECT EVERYONE AROUND YOU...

DO:

  • Wash your hands more often than usual with water and soap or hand sanitiser gel.

If the SAMU finds you may be or are contamined:
- If you are a student, do send a mail to : direction.generale@ut-capitole.fr (Direction générale des Services)
