Bloomberg meets its future employees
After submitting their CVs during the registration process, the students selected by Bloomberg began the recruitment process to land an internship or a job within the international group.
The first step, the PLUM Assesment Test. This test assesses work-related skills and predispositions, such as problem-solving ability, personality traits and social intelligence. (More information about PLUM test).
For those who passed, the second step is the selection interviews with the speakers, which are held on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning.
Congratulations to these students who are now impatiently awaiting the return of Bloomberg and to pass the next simulation of the recruitment process.
